| Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Spółka") przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości wykaz akcjonariuszy Emitenta posiadających co najmniej 5% liczby głosów na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki, które odbyło się w dniu 20 czerwca 2024 r. ("WZ"): 1.Paweł Przewięźlikowski 2.970.815 akcji Spółki, które uprawniały do wykonywania 5.902.815 głosów, co stanowiło odpowiednio 28,51 % akcji na WZ oraz 42,46 % głosów na WZ oraz 27,03% w ogólnej liczbie głosów; 2. Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych Allianz Polska S.A. 2.093.826 akcji Spółki, które uprawniały do wykonywania 2.093.826 głosów, co stanowiło odpowiednio 20,10% akcji na WZ oraz 15,06% głosów na WZ oraz 9,59% w ogólnej liczbie głosów; 3. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny 1.901.959 akcji Spółki, które uprawniały do wykonywania 1.901.959 głosów, co stanowiło odpowiednio 18,25% akcji na WZ oraz 13,68% głosów na WZ oraz 8,71% w ogólnej liczbie głosów; 4. | Shareholders controlling at least 5% of the votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of Selvita S.A. convened on June 20, 2024 The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (“Company”) hereby announces that the following shareholders controlled at least 5% of the votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company ("GSM") convened on June 20, 2024: 1. Paweł Przewięźlikowski 2,970,815 shares of the Company, which entitled to exercise 5,902,815 votes, representing 28.51 % of the shares at the GSM and 42.46 % of the votes at the GSM and 27.03% of the total number of votes, respectively. 2. Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych Allianz Polska S.A. 2,093,826 shares in the Company, which entitled to exercise 2,093,826 votes, representing 20.10% of shares at the GSM and 15.06% of votes at the GSM and 9.59% of the total number of votes, respectively. 3. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny 1,901,959 shares in the Company, which entitled to exercise 1,901,959 votes, which constituted respectively 18.25% of shares at the GSM and 13.68% % of votes at the GSM and 8.71% in the total number of votes. 4. Bogusław Sieczkowski 942,417 shares of the Company, which entitled to exercise 1,492.417 votes, which constituted respectively 9.04% of shares at the GSM and 10.74% of votes at the GSM and 6.83% in the total number of votes. 5. Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny 876,219 shares in the Company, which entitled to exercise 876,219 votes, which constituted respectively 8.41% of shares at the GSM and 6.30% of votes at the GSM and 4.01% in the total number of votes. 6. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” 710,319 shares in the Company, which entitled to exercise 710,319 votes, which constituted respectively 6.82% of shares at the GSM and 5.11% of votes at the GSM and 3.25 % in the total number of votes. 7. Government of Norway 646,918 shares in the Company, which entitled to exercise 646,918 votes, which constituted respectively 6.21% of shares at the GSM and 4.65% of votes at the GSM and 2.96% in the total number of votes. According to the attendance list, shareholders holding 10,419,605 shares entitling them to exercise 13,901,605 votes were represented at the GSM.
