Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: "Spółka", "Emitent") informuje, że w dniu 4 lutego 2021 roku dokonał wykupu 1.653 szt. Obligacji serii P4 celem ich umorzenia.

Buy out of the P4 series bonds
The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter the "Company", "Issuer") informs that on 4 February 2021 it redeemed 1,653 units of P4 series bonds for cancellation.

Legal basis:
Article 3, Paragraph 1, Point 6) of the Exhibit 3 "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market" to the Alternative Trading System Rules
