| The Management Board of HB REAVIS FINANCE PL 2 Sp. z o.o. (“HBRF") hereby announces that HBRF has set the dates for the publication of periodic reports in the current financial year. On June 15th, 2020 HBRF will publish its annual report for the year 2019. A semi-annual report for the first half of the year 2020 will be published on September 30th, 2020. Furthermore, HBRF hereby announces that on June 15th, 2020 HB Reavis Holding S.A. (as the Suretyship Provider) will publish its audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year 2019. Consolidated semi-annual financial statements for the first half of the year 2020 will be announced on September 30th, 2020.
