| The Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. is pleased to communicate that, with the aim of augmenting the transparency of the company's operations, aligning with international best practices, and facilitating project financing within the European Union, a resolution has been made to carry out internal restructuring at the level of Holding company, which is used by the beneficial owner of KSG Agro S.A. to own its shares. The shares of KSG Agro SA will from now on be held by DEMALINE HOLDING LIMITED, based in Cyprus, instead of Olbis S.A. Panama. The ultimate beneficiaries remain unchanged, so this is classified as an internal restructuring. This strategic decision is in line with our commitment to ensuring transparency and conformity with global standards. | |||
