| Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces today that further to its announcement on 23 June 2021 in which the Company gave notice that trading in the Company’s shares would be halted, the Company has made arrangements with LuxCSD (which is an authorised central securities depository (CSD) under the European Union’s Central Securities Depositary Regulations) as a result of which LuxCSD will be providing Issuer CSD services in respect of Plaza's shares as from the date trading in the Company's shares will resume . The Company have made further arrangements for the shares to be settled in CREST in the form of CREST Depositary Interests (CDIs). CDIs representing ordinary shares to be credited to the CREST accounts of the holders of depositary interests as at close of business on 25 June 2021. The CDIs will be enabled for settlement in CREST on 14 July 2021. The Company has today applied for resumption of trading of its ordinary shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange starting from 14 July 2021. The Company has been informed that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange resolved today to resume the trading in Company’s shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange starting from 14 July 2021. Following the above, trading in the Company's shares will resume on the London Stock Exchange, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and Warsaw Stock Exchange on 14 July 2021. The Company will provide an update on the resumption of trading on the respective markets on which its shares trade.
