| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: "Company" or “Issuer”), informs of receiving - pursuant to art. 69 par. 1 point 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 623, as amended) (hereinafter: "the Act"), from Pinebridge New Europe Partners II, L.P. ("PineBridge") - notifications ("Notification"). The Notification contains information about the sale of 100% shares in WorkSource Investment S.a.r.l. based in Luxembourg ("WorkSource") outside the regulated market as a result of the conclusion of a share purchase agreement between PineBridge as the seller and GI International S.R.L. as a buyer ("Transaction"). In the Notification, PineBridge in particular indicated that before the settlement of the Transaction, PineBridge held - indirectly through WorkSource (being a direct subsidiary of PineBridge) 13,714,286 shares in the share capital of the Company, representing 20.91% of the share capital of the Company and entitling to 13,714,286 votes at the general meeting of the Company, constituting 20.91% of the total number of votes in the Company. PineBridge also indicated that prior to the Transaction it held directly 30,462,084 shares of WorkSource representing 100% of the share capital of WorkSource and entitling to 30,462,084 votes at the meeting of shareholders of WorkSource, representing 100% of the total number of votes in WorkSource. As a result of the settlement of the Transaction, which took place on August 21, 2020, Pinebridge does not hold directly or indirectly the Company's shares or votes at the Company's general meeting.
