Before the acquisition, company Allianz SE had 4.99% of indirect voting rights attached to shares with the symbol KRKG (ISIN: SI0031102120). Before this acquisition, company Allianz SE held no direct voting rights attached to shares and no voting rights trough financial instruments. After the acquisition, company Allianz SE has 6.37% of indirect voting rights attached to shares with the symbol KRKG (ISIN: SI0031102120).
