With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 15 June 2020 up to and including 19 June 2020. Krka acquired 31,003 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 2,625,940 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows: - on 15 June 2020: 6,521 shares at a VWAP of EUR 84.56, - on 16 June 2020: 3,903 shares at a VWAP of EUR 84.51, - on 17 June 2020: 8,168 shares at a VWAP of EUR 85.20, - on 18 June 2020: 8,471 shares at a VWAP of EUR 84,80 and - on 19 June 2020: 3,940 shares at a VWAP of EUR 83.87. Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP). Ilirika d.d., NLB d.d. and SKB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,392,799 representing 4.247% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,423,802 representing 4.342% of all shares issued.
