Zarząd QUARTICON S.A. (“Spółka”) przekazuje jako załącznik do niniejszego raportu, raport okresowy za I kwartał 2024 r. Zarząd jednocześnie informuje, że angielska wersja raportu będzie dostępna w ciągu kilku dni na stronach Spółki.

Podstawa prawna: § 5 ust. 1 pkt 1 w zw. z § 5 ust. 3 oraz ust. 4.1 i 4.2 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”.

The Management Board of QUARTICON S.A. (the "Company") provides, as an attachment to this report, a periodic report for the first quarter of 2024. At the same time, the Management Board informs that the English version of the report will be available on the Company's website within a few days.

Legal basis: § 5 section 1 point 1 in connection with from § 5 section 3 and section 4.1 and 4.2 of Annex No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market".
