Zarząd Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej S.A. ["Spółka"] w nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących nr 19/2023 i 29/2025 informuje, iż w dniu 11.04.2025 r. Spółka złożyła wniosek do Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska o stwierdzenie nadpłaty i zwrot składki solidarnościowej, uiszczonej przez Spółkę na podstawie ustawy z dnia 27 października 2022 r. o środkach nadzwyczajnych mających na celu ograniczenie wysokości cen energii elektrycznej oraz wsparciu niektórych odbiorców w 2023 r. Spółka wniosła o stwierdzenie nadpłaty i dokonanie zwrotu kwoty 1.609.979.786,00 PLN. O kolejnych istotnych krokach w przedmiotowej sprawie Spółka poinformuje w trybie stosownych raportów bieżących. | ||||||||||||

| Subject: Submission of an application to the Minister of Climate and Environment for asserting an overpayment and refund of windfall tax Body of the report: With reference to Current Report Nos. 19/2023 and 29/2025, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["Company"] hereby reports that on April 11, 2025 the Company submitted an application to the Minister of Climate and Environment for asserting an overpayment and refunding windfall tax paid by the Company pursuant to the Act of 27 October 2022 on extraordinary measures aimed to limit the electricity prices and to support certain customers in 2023. The Company requested asserting an overpayment and refund of PLN 1,609,979,786.00. The Company will disclose information on further significant steps in this matter in the form of pertinent current reports. Legal basis: Article 17[1] of Regulation [EU] No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse and Repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC. | |||
