| Zarząd spółki Cl Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 8/2025 z dnia 12 marca 2025 r. informuje o powzięciu informacji, że Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. wydał w dniu 13 marca 2025 r. oświadczenie w sprawie dokonania asymilacji 7.881.865 (siedem milionów osiemset osiemdziesiąt jeden tysięcy osiemset sześćdziesiąt pięć), oznaczonych dotychczas kodem ISIN: PLCTINT00117 („Akcje”). Asymilacja Akcji z pozostałymi akcjami Spółki znajdującymi się w obrocie, oznaczonymi kodem ISIN: PLCTINT00018 nastąpi w dniu 18 marca 2025 r. W związku z powyższym, warunek dopuszczenia Akcji do obrotu, o którym mowa w Uchwale Nr 300/2025 Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A., zostanie spełniony z dniem 18 marca 2025 r., a zatem z tym też dniem Akcje zostaną wprowadzone do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym. | ||||||||||||

| Current report number: 9/2025 Date: 14 March 2025 Legal basis: Current and periodic information Subject: NDS statement on assimilation of series J ordinary bearer shares with the traded shares The Management Board of Cl Games SE, with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland (the “Company”), with reference to current report No. 8/2025 dated 12 March 2025, announces that it has received information that the National Securities Depository S.A. issued a statement on 13 March 2025 on the assimilation of 7,881,865 (seven million eight hundred and eighty-one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five) previously designated with ISIN code: PLCTINT00117 (“Shares”). The assimilation of the Shares with the Company's other outstanding shares with the ISIN code: PLCTINT00018 will take place on 18 March 2025. In view of the above, the condition for the admission of the Shares to trading, as set forth in Resolution No. 300/2025 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, will be fulfilled as of 18 March 2025, and therefore on that date the Shares will be listed on the main market.
