| Zarząd XTPL S.A. [“Emitent”, “Spółka”, “XTPL”] informuje, że w dniu 18 grudnia 2023 r. Spółka potwierdziła zamówienie złożone przez Ontos Equipment System INC z siedzibą w USA [„ONTOS”] na dostawę urządzenia Delta Printing System [“DPS”]. ONTOS jest podmiotem, która świadczy na rzecz Spółki usługi dystrybucji rozwiązań technologicznych XTPL S.A. (RB 50/2023 z dnia 5 października 2023 r.). Emitent zaakceptował złożone przez Dystrybutora zamówienie, co jest równoznaczne z zawarciem umowy sprzedaży. Spółka dostarczy i uruchomi wskazane urządzenie w pierwszej połowie 2024 r. ONTOS, dystrybutor rozwiązań Spółki, jest ostatecznym nabywcą urządzenia DPS. Urządzenie DPS wykorzystywane będzie w laboratorium B+R firmy ONTOS oraz partnerów firmy ONTOS w USA do prac nad zaawansowanym mikro-montażem chipów półprzewodnikowych, w szczególności w obszarze tzw. hybrid-bonding. Przychody uzyskane z realizacji obecnego zamówienia urządzenia będą miały pozytywny wpływ na wyniki finansowe XTPL S.A. osiągnięte w 2024 r. Zarząd Emitenta uznał fakt sprzedaży urządzenia DPS na znaczący rynek za informację poufną, ponieważ jej realizacja może mieć istotny wpływ na przyszłą sytuację przychodową Emitenta, popularyzację rozwiązań technologicznych Spółki, a także na perspektywę postrzegania Emitenta przez inwestorów. Z przyczyn wyżej opisanych informacje przekazane w niniejszym raporcie bieżącym w opinii Zarządu Emitenta spełniają kryteria informacji poufnej w rozumieniu art. 7 ust. 1 MAR. | ||||||||||||

Legal basis: Article 17 (1) MAR - confidential information Content of the Report: The Management Board of XTPL S.A. ["Issuer", "Company", "XTPL"] announces that on December 18, 2023. The Company has confirmed an order placed by Ontos Equipment System INC, based in the USA ["ONTOS"] for the delivery of a Delta Printing System ["DPS"] device. ONTOS is an entity that provides the Company with distribution services for XTPL S.A.'s technology solutions. (RB 50/2023 dated October 5, 2023). The Issuer has accepted the order placed by the Distributor, which is tantamount to concluding a sales agreement. The Company will deliver and install the indicated device in the first half of 2024. ONTOS, the distributor of the Company's solutions, is the ultimate purchaser of the DPS device. The DPS device will be used in the R&D laboratory of ONTOS and ONTOS' partners in the US for work on advanced microassembly of semiconductor chips, particularly in the area of so-called hybrid-bonding. Revenues generated from the current device order will have a positive impact on XTPL S.A.'s financial results achieved in 2024. The Issuer's Management Board considered the sale of the DPS device to a significant market to be confidential information, as its realization may have a significant impact on the Issuer's future revenue situation, the popularization of the Company's technological solutions, as well as the perspective of investors' perception of the Issuer. | |||
