ENEFI Asset Management Plc. (The “Company”) informs its Dear Investors about the following based on the notification of the Romanian operation: In the lawsuit initiated by E-Star Mures Energy SA for the default interests calculated on the amounts judged as compensation for damages due to the breach of the concession agreement, the Târgu Mures County Court of Commerce approved the interests from 03/11/2018 in its first instance decision (the amount thereof is approx. RON 4,897,654.35, that is EUR 990,256.20); otherwise the action was rejected. Taking into account that - Mures requested that the interests should be approved from 10/05/2013 (the amount thereof would have been RON 14,063,568.36 that is EUR 2,844,399.17); - the Court did not make a decision related to the default interests due until the complete payment of the main debts requested by Mures; - the Court rejected the claim of Mures for upgrading the main debts with the rate of inflation Mures shall seek legal remedy against the decision.
