The ENEFI Asset Management Plc. (the “Company”) informs its Dear Investors that on 6 August 2020 the National Bank of Hungary (NBH) issued the following decision in the proceeding initiated upon the Company’s request submitted to the NBH on 6 March 2020: The NBH refuses the approval of the prospectus prepared for the admission of the - 2,500,000 piece of series “A” ordinary shares with ISINs HU0000173729 issued during the conversion of 2,500,000 employee shares with ISINs HU0000151386, and the - 1,150,000 piece of series “A” ordinary shares with ISINs HU0000173729 and 5,456,109 piece of series “H” convertible dividend preference shares with ISINs HU0000173737 issued during the capital increase registered by the Company Registry Court of the Budapest-Capital Regional Court on January 9, 2020 to the regulated market operated by the Budapest Stock Exchange Private Limited Liability Company, closes the authorization process. The Company is still assessing the reasoning to the decision and will take the necessary measures concerning the admission of the shares in the light thereof.
