| Zarząd spółki Leasing-Experts SA ("Spółka”, "Emitent”) z siedzibą we Wrocławiu informuje, że w dniu 14 sierpnia 2015 r. została wypłacona dywidenda za rok obrotowy 2014 w kwocie brutto 280.000,00 zł. Pozostała część zysku netto za rok obrotowy 2014 została przekazana na kapitał zapasowy Spółki. Dywidenda na jedną akcję wyniosła 0,10 zł brutto. Dywidendę otrzymali akcjonariusze, którzy na koniec dnia 31 lipca 2015 r. (dzień ustalenia prawa do dywidendy) posiadali akcje Emitenta. Podstawą prawną do wypłaty dywidendy była uchwała nr 15/2015 Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Spółki z dnia 30 czerwca 2015 roku o podziale zysku za rok obrotowy 2014. W dywidendzie nie brały udziału akcje własne Spółki, nabyte w ramach realizacji procedury skupu akcji własnych w liczbie 18.059 akcji. The remainder of the net profit for the financial year 2014 has been transferred to the capital. Dividend per share amounted to PLN 0.10 PLN. Dividends received by shareholders who at the end of July 31, 2015 (The date of setting the right to dividend) held shares of the Issuer. The legal basis for the payment of dividends was the resolution no. 15/2015 of the Annual General Meeting dated June 30, 2015 on the distribution of profit for the year 2014. The dividend did not participate Company's own shares, acquired as part of the procedure of share buyback in the number of 18.059 shares.
